Unser Haus ist ein ehemaliges Fabrikgebäude der Jahrhundertwende und
wurde 1995 restauriert und ausgebaut. Geblieben ist der für Berlin-Kreuzberg typische
Charme eines Backsteingebäudes mit hellen, großzügigen und hohen Räumen und einem Garten im Hof.
Um Ihnen einen ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, haben wir auf Fernsehen, Telefon und Minibar verzichtet.
Duschen und Toiletten werden auf jeder Etage gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Die sanitären Anlagen sind geräumig, nach Geschlechtern getrennt und werden mehrmals täglich gereinigt.
Our house – an old factory building from the turn of the century was restored and developed in 1995. The typical Berlin Kreuzberg charme of a brick building has been retained with light, spacious rooms and a courtyard garden. On each floor you will find generously proportioned shared toilets and showers. These are gender separated and are cleaned several times during the day. To maintain a private atmosphere we do not have TV or telephone in the rooms. International calls can be made at any time in the lobby.
L´Hôtel „Die Fabrik“ est situé dans une ancienne usine qui a été construit juste au passage du 19ième siècle. Rénové en 1995, nous avons gardés le charme du quartier Berlin-Kreuzberg avec un immeuble en briques, de spacieuses chambres à hauts plafonds et une typique court intérieure. Pour souligner ce charme typique nous avons renoncé à équiper les chambres de téléviseur, minibar et téléphone. Les salles de bains et les toilettes se trouvent aux étages. Ils sont également spacieux et nettoyés plusieurs fois par jour.
il nostro stabile, una fabbrica di fine ottocento, é stata ristrutturata nel 1995. Ha mantenuto il fascino degli edifici in mattone tipici di Berlino-Kreuzberg, con le sue stanze luminose, ampie, i soffitti alti e il giardino nel cortile interno. Le camere non sono dotate di televisione, di minibar ed di telefono: una scelta consapevole, per permettervi una permanenza tranquilla e rilassata.
I bagni, divisi per uomini e donne, si trovano ad ogni piano, sono spaziosi e vengono puliti più volte al giorno.
La casa en donde estamos ubicados es una antigua fábrica del estilo de fin de siglo, la cual fue remodelada y ampliada en 1995. De su arquitectura original quedó el encanto típico de Kreuzberg de construcciones de ladrillo rojo con salones amplios de techo alto y patios con jardines. Para ofrecerles a nuestros huéspedes una estancia cómoda y tranquila, hemos decidido no instalar televisores, teléfonos y servicio de minibar en las habitaciones. Contamos con un amplio servicio sanitario y de duchas en cada piso de nuestra casa. Los baños de hombres y mujeres están separados y nuestro personal se encarga de su limpieza y mantenimiento varias veces al día.
